How our Team Event Coordination works
During the Discovery Call, we'll explore the team event you're planning. In addition to the logistics, we'll also talk about how your team is set up, the team's vibe, and how you'd like your team to connect at the event.
Based on the information you provide us in the Discovery Call, we'll provide you with an offer and a selection of venues which fit your team event date and budget.
Choosing the venue for a large event is a big decision! To help you, we're happy to plan visits to the venues before you confirm the offer.
If you accept the offer, we'll confirm the venue of your choice and move on to the event coordination!
Once the contract is signed, you'll get access to your Team Event Folder which contains all the organizational templates we'll need to coordinate and collaborate.
We believe that trust is based on transparency. For this reason, our planning includes complete budget transparency so you know what you're getting for your investment each step of the way.
Depending on the team event experience, we'll propose partners from our portfolio who can support with activities, catering, and music.
Leveraging internal communications channels to engage employees ahead of an event helps drive better attendance rates. This is why our integrated event coordination includes a plan for internal communication and creative posts which you can use to highlight different aspects of the event, such as:
- The theme and event vibe
- The food and drink selection
- The venue
- The DJ and planned activities

To support this, we'll propose games and icebreakers that fit your event's theme and your company culture. After you make your choice, we'll take care of the coordination and production of the necessary materials.
A smooth onsite experience is the foundation for team connection at an event. To ensure you nail it, we'll prepare additional signage for your event to ensure that your team has clarity when it comes to the venue's layout, the catering options, and any activities.
We'll also propose a Safety Plan for your event to ensure that any situations which arise can be addressed quickly and effectively.
Even if you're the one planning it, this is your team event, too! To make sure you can fully enjoy it, we provide onsite support for the duration of your event.
