To start, fill out our Event Intake Form. It's the easiest way to let us know the core details of your event. From there, we'll gather offers from venues that fit your budget and vibe and present you the choices.

Let us do the Heavy Lifting

We drive the project management around your event, including a timeline, internal communication materials, and an icebreaker for the team. We also give you tips for safety and inclusion to ensure a smooth experience!

Our event coordination fee includes onsite support for the whole event. Relax and celebrate knowing your event is in good hands.
